Our popular D25F1 & D25F2 medicators, offering 1% or 2% fixed rate dosing and widely utilised in pig & poultry sectors throughout the UK & Ireland.
The DIA4AL model developed specifically for use at low water flow rates & pressures (4.5l/hr & 0.15 bar minimum).
The new D25AL5VFN D25+ Care, featuring enhanced design, food compatibility (CE 1935/2004 & CE 2013/2016) and dose rates of up to 5% which allow for easier stock solution mixing, particularly of powdered products where solubility may otherwise be an issue.

Concentrated organic (typically propionic, formic & lactic) acid products are used to lower the pH of the gut in support of healthy microbial balance & good digestion. We offer Dosatron units developed specifically for use with these products in their neat form & without the need to predilute. Each model features a PVDF body & optimised materials for enhanced compatibility. Cluster Flushing – we typically offer the Dosatron D25RE2VFPVDF, featuring a white PVDF body, for dosing peracetic acid into water to help maintain the cleanliness of milking clusters. The D45RE1.5VFPVDF is also available for higher water flow rates and please contact us to discuss additives other than peracetic acid.
Footbaths – dosing of formalin, copper sulphate, peracetic acid and proprietary additives on demand where mixed solution is required for both filling & topping up.
